The BCES Conference Books review process has the following steps:

Authors submit research papers that must be well written and structured, strictly formed according to the BCES paper requirements, with clear concepts, analyses and discussions.
The editor-in-chief and the relevant part editors decide which papers to be reviewed.
Each paper is then reviewed by at least two reviewers who are different from the editors. Members of the International Advisory Board are also involved in the review process.
Finally, the International Editorial Board takes decisions on papers to be included in the book.
